Orders once received by shop.heeweiseng.com will not be subject to cancellation. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
Exchange & Refunds
All our Products are non-refundable. However, if the products was out of stock, we will happily rearrange to replace or exchange the product with similar value at no charge. No refunds will be entertained under any circumstances.
